The Trial of Brown

The Supreme Court had decided in 1952 to hear the five desegregation cases from all over America. They were aware that the decision they would render,  after hearing the arguments, would change society and relations in race forever. On both sides, the lawyers presumed their arguments were great and were reinforced by the law and the ethicality of humans. If the Segregationists were to win, segregation in all areas would continue to be legal. If the Integrationists were to win, equality among all races would be an idea promoted and supported by the Supreme Court, the highest federal court in America.
